Who Are We?

Agro India LTDA is a company dedicated to breeding purebred, registered Simbrah and Simmental cattle. Founded in the year 2000 in San Pablo de León Cortés, Zona de los Santos, San José, Costa Rica.

Our mission: to support the national cattle industry through a process of genetic selection and improvement, using the best genetics available worldwide for Simmental and Simbrah breeds.

In 2004 we participated in our first ever cattle show and judging, "Expica Permanente Pedregal 2004". Since then, year by year, we have made an active presence in cattle shows, obtaining important recognition and prestige, some of which include the Simmental National Grand Champion for 3 consecutive years.

In 2007 we purchased a second farm in the Zona Sur (southern zone) of our conutry with the prospect of supplying our growing needs for Simbrah cattle breeding, a breed which, given the correct tropical conditions our country has to offer, is an excellent option for the national cattle breeding industry.

In 2008 we imported our first 2 pure and registered Simmental heifers from the United States, from a prestigious and quality bloodline. All of this with the purpose of contributing genetic improvement to your livestock.
